Responsible for Revenue and total Profitability points targets for his/her partners. Working with the overall Channel branch team (as the case may be) to enhance the partner base as outlined by the reach program . To reach the Cross selling to 80% + level by 31 st March ramping up from Jan onwards. Cross selling defined as all Vertiv offerings are proposed and participated for a given customer and evidenced in CRM. Develop basic understanding of all Vertiv offerings and able to drive sales for run rate / Standard product sales or sale of Vertiv products in standard applications without requiring support from Product sales specialists.
